If you discover an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately. For weekend orders, please reach out on Monday morning. While we will make every effort to accommodate address changes, we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect information.

NON-REFUNDABLE SHIPPING FEES:

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Should you refuse a shipment from YEnvyfashiom.com, you will be liable for the original shipping charges and the return shipping cost deducted from your merchandise refund.

PACKAGE DELIVERY AND TRACKING:

If your tracking information indicates delivery, but you have not received the package, please contact the United States Postal Service directly. YEnvy. assumes no responsibility for packages marked as delivered.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION TIMELINE:

You will receive shipping confirmation within 3-5 business days from the order placement date. After payment authorization and verification, processing may take 1-2 additional days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, an email containing tracking information will be sent.

UNRECEIVED PACKAGES:

If your order status is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages marked as delivered.
