  • Custom looks are also deemed final sale.
  • Seasonal items, such as those from our Holiday collections (e.g., Christmas, Mardi Gras, Valentine's Day), are non-returnable.

RETURN PROCEDURE:

Should any issues arise with your product or order, kindly reach out to us via email as your initial point of contact. Please refrain from returning merchandise to our warehouse without prior consultation with a member of our sales team and obtaining certified confirmation. YENVY cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages sent without proper acknowledgment. Upon approval by a sales representative, we will furnish you with a return address or label for your package. Packages returned to our warehouse without notice or approval will be refused. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and approval must be obtained from our team.

ORDER PROCESSING:

All YENVY orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2-5 business days or sooner.

SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY:

YENVY assumes no responsibility for orders lost in transit, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. Customers can track their packages using the provided tracking number in the shipment confirmation email.
